To mark the conclusion of the second-term examinations for first-, second- and third-year students

In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful

Praise be to Allah, Lord of the Worlds, and peace and blessings be upon the noblest of prophets and messengers.

My dear students, members of the academic staff, heads of academic departments, support staff and faculty members, peace be upon you and may Allah’s mercy and blessings be upon you.

On the occasion of the conclusion of the second-term examinations for first-, second- and third-year students at the Faculty of Medicine, I am delighted to extend my sincere congratulations and appreciation to our students on completing this stage of their academic journey. I wish them every success in their results and hope they will continue their academic journey with determination and perseverance.

I would also like to express my deepest thanks and appreciation to the members of the academic staff, the heads of academic departments, the teaching assistants, the technical staff, the administrative staff, and the examination boards, and the Studies and Examinations Department for their tireless efforts in preparation, organisation and supervision, and for the sense of responsibility and cooperation they have demonstrated, which have contributed to the successful conduct of the examinations in an atmosphere of discipline and commitment.

We at the Faculty of Medicine believe that the educational process is a shared responsibility, and that its success is not limited to passing examinations, but extends to nurturing students who possess the medical knowledge, professional skills, and human and ethical values that qualify them to be doctors capable of serving their communities.

In this regard, we wish to emphasise the College administration’s commitment to continuing to develop the educational process, raising the standard of academic performance, and providing a suitable environment that helps our students realise their academic and professional aspirations.

In conclusion, I would like to reiterate my thanks and appreciation to everyone who contributed to the success of this academic event, praying to Almighty God to crown everyone’s efforts with success and guidance, to make the knowledge we receive and impart beneficial, and to guide our students towards what is best for them and for our beloved country.

Peace be upon you, and may God’s mercy and blessings be upon you.
