As part of efforts to enhance institutional performance and consolidate modern management concepts, a workshop entitled ‘Management Culture’ was held today, Tuesday 12 May 2026, at the Faculty of Medicine. The workshop was delivered by Professor Abdulrahman Saleh Hamid, an expert in the field of management.

The workshop was aimed at a number of office managers and heads of departments, as well as the Head of the Quality Assurance and Performance Evaluation Department at the Faculty. It addressed key topics relating to institutional management concepts, effective leadership, and mechanisms for developing the academic and administrative working environment.

The workshop was attended by a number of distinguished visitors and guests, including Libyan professors and doctors both from within Libya and those residing in the United States, who enriched the session with their contributions and their academic and professional expertise, thereby lending the workshop outstanding academic and professional value.

This workshop forms part of the Faculty’s efforts aimed at developing administrative and academic staff and promoting a culture of quality and institutional excellence.
