The eighth regular meeting of the Faculty Council was held on Sunday morning, 12 October 2025, chaired by the Dean of the Faculty and attended by the heads of the academic departments, the head of the Medical Education Department, the Faculty Registrar and the head of the Study and Examinations Department.

During the meeting, a number of items related to the educational process and examinations were discussed, and the study plan for the fifth year 2025-2026 was approved, as well as the examination schedules for the first round of the fourth year 2024-2025. The establishment of a student support and academic guidance office and the updated organizational structure of the college were also approved. The council also approved the teaching of medical English to second-year students starting from the current academic year to enhance students' skills in medical language.

At the end of the meeting, the Council honored teaching staff Narges Al-Masaghri in recognition of her outstanding efforts and contributions to the faculty, wishing her continued success and generosity.
