A training course on DNA extraction and Real-Time PCR applications at the Faculty of Medicine.

A training course on genetic material extraction and Real-Time PCR applications is launched at the Faculty of Medicine as part of the development of research and laboratory skills, the Faculty of Medicine at Gharyan University has launched a specialized training course titled "Extraction of Genetic Material and Applications of Real-Time PCR," targeting staff in the Biochemistry Department, including faculty members, assistants, and technicians, as well as several employees from the Faculty of Health Sciences, with the presence of the Director of the Office for Monitoring, Preparing, and Developing Laboratories at the university. This course aims to enhance the practical and theoretical capabilities of participants in the field of molecular biotechnology and provide an opportunity to learn about the latest laboratory applications used in disease diagnosis and gene analysis.

A group of esteemed professors from the Libyan Center for Biotechnology Research oversees this course as part of the agreement signed between the university and the center.

This initiative is part of the college's efforts to enhance the capabilities of its scientific staff and expand the horizons of applied scientific research, in line with the latest developments in biomedical sciences.
