The activities of the workshop began with the speech of Gharyan University delivered by Dr. Khamis Al-Mabrouk, Dean of the Faculty of Medicine, then the speech of the Faculty of Science delivered by Dr. Shahoub Al-Ahmar, Vice Dean for Scientific Affairs at the Faculty of Science, during their speeches, they welcomed the attendees and praised the efforts made by those in charge of preparing and implementing this event, reviewing the importance of attention to e-learning and the effort, time and costs it can save if it has an appropriate infrastructure, appreciating the role played and played by the university to provide all the necessary equipment and cadres Mankind..

During the workshop, several scientific papers were reviewed, initiated by Dr. Nasser Abu Rawi entitled (E-Learning Concepts).

Then Mr. Ayman Al-Mabrouk (e-learning tools). Followed by the role of Dr. Omar Abu Dinah (scientific material for e-learning).

Dr. Ayman Abu Gharara reviewed the experience of the Faculty of Medicine Gharyan.

Dr. Abdul Salam Al-Nuwaisri reviewed the experience of the Faculty of Information Technology, University of Tripoli.
